My Vote

My Vote is a personal project of mine based on a real-world gap 'Remote voting'. In Ireland, voting remains inaccessible for citizens living abroad or away from home on election day. This concept explores a modern solution: a secure mobile voting app designed to give Irish citizens the ability to vote in public ballots from anywhere in the world. I focused on usability, accessibility, and trust, ensuring that the UI communicates legitimately, with ease of use and data protection at every step. This project challenged me to think critically about UX for civic tech, incorporate UI patterns that reinforce security, and design for diverse user needs — from tech-savvy voters to first-time digital users.
